WROBEL FAMILY FOUNDATION WELCOMES YOU
The Wrobel Family Foundation
WHO WE ARE
A Distinct Identity
Here at Wrobel Family Foundation, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place. By supporting organizations that are working to find a cure for Cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease. The Wrobel Family Foundation was the brain child and dream of Florence Wrobel. She was the initial President and a founder of the Foundation. Florence's brother Ted Wrobel and his wife Marge Wrobel were a major force behind funding through their philanthropy.
The Wrobel Family Foundation is a private family foundation approved by IRS on June 23, 2015 under IRC Section 501 (c)(3) and Section 509(a)

WHAT WE DO
Foundation Missions
Our primary mission is to support organizations (public charities) that are working to find a cure for Cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease. We will accomplish this mission by making research grants to qualified organizations that advance the cause to find a cure. Our decision making process is based upon review of applications made by potential recipients by the Board of Directors.
A secondary mission of ours is to support the Public Broadcasting System which brought a great deal of comfort to Florence Wrobel when she resided in Alexandria Virginia. Other causes that will be supported by The Wrobel Family Foundation include grants to provide worldwide disaster relief and grants to support rehabilitation of wounded veterans. We strive to build productive relationships with those organizations that will allow us to fulfill our missions.
